1. Booking and Sales Conditions Reservations can be made online through our website or through our customer service. Passenger information must be entered correctly and completely during booking. Our company is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect information input. The purchase transaction becomes final with the completion of the pay transaction. Our company undertakes to fulfill all its obligations except for force majeure in the realization of the booked service. 2. Cancellation Conditions When the passenger wants to cancel his reservation, the following conditions apply: for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, the entire fee will be refunded. for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the fee will be refunded. No refund will be made for cancellations made within the last 6 hours or if the passenger does not come to the vehicle. Our company reserves the right to cancel the service due to force majeure reasons such as adverse weather conditions, road condition, official obstacles. In such cases, the full fee will be refunded or an alternative date will be offered with the customer's approval. 3. Return Conditions Refunds to be paid after approved cancellations are made within 3-7 business days depending on your payment method. For payments made by credit card, delays may occur depending on the refund processing time of your bank. This situation is not the responsibility of our company. 4. Requests for Changes Reservation change requests must be made at least 12 hours before the departure time. Depending on the availability, the date/time can be changed. In case of a difference in the fee, the customer will be informed. 5. General Provisions Each passenger who makes a reservation is deemed to have accepted the above-mentioned conditions. Our company reserves the right to make changes to these conditions if it deems necessary.
